Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing overall functions of Loudoun Sports Academy ensuring efficiency, organization, and strategic execution. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating schedules, optimizing resources, and supporting overall program success. He works closely with the administrative staff to implement policies, streamline operations, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Associate Director of Operations is responsible for assisting with the operations of Loudoun Sports Academy ensuring efficiency, organization, and strategic execution. He works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure that LSA is strategic planning and executing efficiently. He works closely with coaches and staff to implement policies, streamline operations, and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Director of Education is responsible for overseeing and enhancing educational programs and initiatives within LSA. She is responsible for admissions and ensuring that student-athletes are taking the required course for NCAA eligibility. Her role is key in shaping the learning environment and making sure that educational practices align with the needs of both students and the Loudoun Sports Academy.

Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing and guiding the marketing strategy and initiatives of LSA. Her role involves developing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance student-athlete/brand visibility, attract new students, and sponsors. Additionally, event management, public relations, and communication. Oversee social media, media relations, press releases, and external communications.

Director of Fundraising Development is responsible for leading and executing the organization’s fundraising strategy to secure financial support through donor cultivation, sponsorships, grants, and events. Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, develops fundraising campaigns, and works closely with leadership to meet revenue goals and advance the organization’s mission.

Director of Athletics is responsible for overseeing and managing all athletic programs, ensuring student-athletes’ success on and off the field. Provides leadership in coaching, scheduling, compliance, and program development while fostering a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and academic achievement. Builds and maintains relationships with athletes, families, coaches, and community partners, and works closely with leadership to advance the organization’s mission through athletics.

Performance Staff

Director of Player Personnel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of player development and retention at LSA. Additionally, he evaluates talent, manages scouting efforts, and ensures that the team maintains a competitive roster. The Director works closely with coaches, scouts, and administrative staff to align player acquisitions with the team's strategic goals.

Director of College Recruiting is responsible for college recruiting, developing strategies, and building networks to help LSA players advance to the next level. He also designs and implements strategies to assist players to get to the next. He coordinates with the coaching staff to identify opportunities for players to showcase their talents and build connections with college recruiters.

Director of Player Performance is responsible for overseeing all aspects of athlete development, health, nutrition, and performance optimization. This role focuses on enhancing player conditioning, injury prevention, recovery, and overall athletic performance through cutting-edge training methods, sports science, and data analytics. The Director works closely with coaches, medical staff, and strength & conditioning teams to ensure athletes reach their peak potential while minimizing injury risks.

Director of Strength and Conditioning is responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive training programs to enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries, and optimize player health. This role involves designing sport-specific strength and conditioning regimens, working closely with coaches and medical staff, and implementing cutting-edge training methodologies to ensure athletes reach their peak physical potential.

Director of High School Recruiting is responsible for crafting and executing LSA's strategic recruiting plan, targeting Middle and High School talent. This role involves analyzing recruiting data, monitoring performance, and recommending improvements to optimize success. Additionally, the Director stays current on industry trends and competitive strategies, collaborates with the marketing team to develop compelling recruitment materials, and serves as a key liaison with local youth leagues and feeder programs.
