Day in the Life of an LSA Student
A day at Loudoun Sports Academy is designed to challenge both the mind and body. We begin with academics, followed by in-depth film study and classroom sessions. Next, athletes engage in strength and conditioning to build power and endurance before taking their skills to the field for focused execution.
