At LSA, the Performance Development component of our program is designed to foster growth and excellence both on and off the field. This journey begins with a collaborative meeting involving the student-athlete, their parents or families, and LSA Performance staff. Together, we will:

Set Clear Goals: Define individual objectives tailored to the student-athlete’s aspirations.

Establish Benchmarks: Identify key milestones to measure progress throughout the year.
 - 
Create a Performance Development Plan: Outline specific tasks, training regimens, and "homework" to prepare for the challenges and opportunities of the upcoming school year.
 
This personalized approach ensures that every student-athlete has a roadmap to success, supported by their family and guided by expert performance coaches.

Comprehensive Performance Development Plans Tailored to Football Players
At LSA, our Performance Development plans are designed to help student-athletes reach their full potential through personalized, training and support. Each plan includes:

Position-Specific Training: Dedicated fundamentals training throughout the school year.

Initial Planning Meeting: A collaborative session with the student-athlete, parent/family, and coach to establish goals, progression benchmarks, and an individualized performance plan for the year.

Progress Check-Ins: Player meetings to review progress, assess if benchmarks are being met, and adjust the plan as needed.
 - 
Nutrition and Supplement Guidance: Comprehensive education on proper eating habits, hydration, mobility, and body maintenance principles to optimize performance and recovery.

Comprehensive Workout Strategy: Focusing on muscle endurance, strength, movement, and agility. This strategy combines resistance training, functional movements, and agility drills to build a well-rounded athletic foundation.

Post-Workout Recovery Support: Hydration and recovery techniques after training sessions to maximize the “gain window” and ensure optimal recovery.
